Surviving COVID Isolation
Poetry by Shirley Pilcher
Salmon Arm, BC

Woke up this morning and you were on my mind
Went to the dining room — guess what I did find —
TV blaring — talking about only you. So, pray tell me, what am I to do?
I do not want to think of you — but, somehow, it’s all I do!
