Clean Hands

Surviving COVID Isolation
Poetry by Shirley Pilcher
Salmon Arm, BC

My hands feel dry; I washed them again.
They haven’t been so clean since I don’t know when.
But wash them I surely must do — why?
Because the gal on TV told me to!
