Some days when I am very blue
Nice things happen — they really do.
The phone rings, it’s a friend so dear;
Her happy “Hi” sounds like she’s right here.
We talk a long time of old things and new.
My spirits pick up, they certainly do!
So some day when you are feeling blue
Hang in — good things are coming to you!
