PROLOG
During this strange time of COVID-19 we have all been forced to punch our “PAUSE” button on life.
Suddenly having time to be reflective I found myself delving into the meaning of the word prejudice.
From the Oxford Concise Dictionary:
PREJUDICE: preconceived opinion, bias against, in favour of, persons or things.
I found myself wondering just how early in life we form such opinions.
My short story is loosely based on an incident from my childhood — the breeding ground for negative or positive bias.
